Historical Summary
The Real Estate Research Center in the College of Business Administration was established in 1975. In 1999 it became the Center for Real Estate Studies. In 2006, Kelley A. Bergstrom donated $2.5 million to the Center for Real Estate Studies, and the center was renamed in his honor.
