WebLUIS Search System

The WebLUIS Search System was developed by the Florida Center for Library Automation (FCLA) and formerly served as the platform for the UF Libraries' Catalog, the other State University Libraries of Florida catalogs, Course Reserve, the Database Locator and a number of licensed and freely-accessible citation databases now available using the Find Databases page, and some e-Journal full text. Dependence on this platform was phased out over a number of years, and it was finally retired on June 2, 2008 when the last of the remaining databases was moved to other FCLA platforms (e.g. FCLA Citation Server).

The last citation databases shifted from WebLUIS to other platforms so it could be retired include the following:
