Dr. William G. Carleton is interviewed and the discussion is based on his book, The Revolution in American Foreign Policy...Its Global Range, published in 1963.

Carleton talks about the impact of nuclear armaments on American foreign policy and and the significance of the rift between China and the Soviet Union.
