Jacksonville in Flames

Caption reads:
The Steamer Pelton and Captain George Pryor.
Capt. George Pryor and his steamer Pelton saved many vessels and several scores of people from burning docks, carrying them to places of safety.

The Pelton leaves at 2:00 p.m. every day except Sunday, for May Port and Way Landings. She is a speedy, comfortable boat, and affords a delightful trip down the river.
