Series 4 consists of
copies of selected outgoing correspondence and internal memoranda from
Manuel Rionda. Most of the letters are marked
CONFIDENTIAL and concern business matters
primarily. A numerical code is used in many of the letters for the
names of people and businesses and for important business data. Unfortunately,
the code sheet is rarely included with the letter.
The letters here are
not repeated in other letterbook series. Only Volumes 1 through 3
have name indexes.
