This is a continuation of the retirement dinner in part one (Tape 39).  A man (unidentified) from Sun Bank has Red Mitchum read a resolution which makes mention of the things Lanzillotti has achieved with the College of Business Administration.  The conclusion of the resolution mentions the $604,000 scholarship from Sun Bank.  Robert Bryan next speaks and he introduces Robert F. Lanzillotti who gives a long speech of thanks for the support shown to the College of Business Administration.  At the conclusion Red Mitchum thanks all of  the guests.
