Subseries P7d contains files related to building construction, renovation, expansion, and maintenance during the administration of President Tigert.  The files consist of correspondence, plans, budgets, contracts, and agreements.  Included in the files are plans for an administration building that was never constructed, the first student union (now Dauer Hall), the Infirmary,  the laboratory school (now Norman Hall), and expansion of the Library and Law Building, and records related to the purchase and renovation of the Seagle Building in downtown Gainesville.
