Subseries P7c contains miscellaneous records arranged according to record type.  Of particular note are the biennial budgets for the Tigert years and the numbered policy memoranda.   Added to this subseries are documents related to the University's participation in defense training during World War II that were accessioned after the original processing of Series P7 was completed.  These appear at the end of the contents list.  Other records related to defense training are dispersed throughout Series P7.
