Subseries P14d contains miscellaneous administrative records, primarily correspondence, of President J. Wayne Reitz. These files were labeled Personal by the President's office. Most of the correspondence is filed under the first letters of the correspondents' last names. There are also a few specific files on organizations that Reitz was active in. These include files related to his participation in the Escuela Agrícola Panamericana and the Instituto Interamericano de Ciencias Agrícolas de la OEA (See Costa Rica). The latter are a continuation of files generated while Reitz was Provost for Agriculture. (See Series 100 of the University Archives Public Records Collection.) There are also files on Reitz's presidential inauguration. Also of note is the correspondence between Reitz and key university administrators written during trips taken by Reitz. These letters provide unusual insights into internal affairs of the university.
