There are few records for 1970-1974, but there is extensive documentation
for the period 1975 -1985.
This series
reflects Lanzilotti's efforts to improve the quality and broaden the scope
of business education at the University of Florida. In his letters to President
Robert Q. Marston and Vice President for Academic Affairs Robert A. Bryan,
Lanzilotti expressed concerns about the future of the university and his
own college. Additionally, the series reveals Lanzilotti's dedication
to Florida's economic development. Several files chronicle his activities
with the state's banking and insurance programs and his role in the designing
and teaching of new management/executive techniques.
