     Series 163 consists of an ALA Standard accession book, 1887 edition.  The beginning and ending dates are not entered, but early entries are marked "1901-1903 fund".  Other entries are marked "Original" and may indicate titles already in the library.  Gifts are also noted.  The accession book includes serials, as well as monographs, and U.S. government documents.  It does not, however, include agricultural documents and titles;  the library of the Agricultural Experiment Station was housed separate from the main collection.  There are 1184 entries in the book.
