Scope and Content

Miscellaneous records concerning the University of Florida chapter of the social fraternity Beta Theta Pi. The collection includes correspondence related to the fraternity house, the alumni group, the scholarship fund, and chapter activities. The earliest records come from the files of Klein Graham, the university's business manager, who served as faculty advisor to the fraternity. These records concern the debts on the first Beta house. Subsequent correspondence comes from the files of George Baugham, Graham's successor in Business Affairs, who was also the faculty advisor to the fraternity as well as secretary-treasurer of the chapter's alumni association.
