COPYRIGHT REFERENCE PAGE
Issues of fair use and copyright law compliance
have a direct relationship to a wide range of library programs and services
– from interlibrary loan and electronic course reserves to use of library
web pages and licensed electronic databases. In an effort to provide
library staff with information on library policies and procedures with
a copyright component, a new Copyright Reference Page is being developed.
Accessible from the library home page or directly at http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/admin/Copyright.htm,
the page provides links to University of Florida policies that relate to
copyright as well as key copyright resources on the Internet. We hope this
page, which goes public on March 15, will be useful to faculty. Your
comments and suggestions are encouraged.
