Graduate Students Out for a Semester Policy

Graduate students will be allowed library privileges for ONE AND ONLY ONE non-enrolled semester immediately following an enrolled semester. Please see the procedure at: http://web.uflib.ufl.edu/ps/Circ/CircMan/nonenrolledgradprocedures.html


• The patron status of 15 (Grad Dissertation) will not allow book requests from ILL though article requests will still be processed.

• Graduate students working on their dissertations for longer than one semester must register for at least one credit to be granted library privileges.

• There should be no exceptions to the graduate student policy.


Online Access

• Online access for all non-enrolled students will expire when their GatorLink account expires. That policy can be found at: http://help.gatorlink.ufl.edu/elig.html
