THE LEGAL STUFF.
- We provide contact information only for those micrographic vendors with which we have worked or which have provided us with samples for evaluation in response to our Microfilming RFPs in the last five years and whose work or samples met the ANSI/AIIM national standards. Micrographic vendors are added to this list strictly as a result of investigation initiated by us to meet our own needs or as a result of the RFP process. Requests-for-Proposals (RFPs) are periodically issued in accord with State of Florida procurement guidelines through the University of Florida's official postings. We anticipate the next RFP to be issued before June 1997. We do not consider and will not list micrographic vendors outside of these avenues.
This information is not a recommendation or endorsement of the micrographic vendors or of their products and services -- evaluation remains the responsibility of the individual to whom this information is provided. We heartily recommend contact with multiple micrographic vendors and exchange of letters outlining the services to be provided before individuals authorize micrographic servicees.
The exclusion of a micrographic vendor from this list does not constitute, in any way, a recommendation that any other micrographic vendor not be considered.
