Pamphlet binding is staffed by student assistants, under the supervision of the Senior LTA and the Conservator. The majority of pamphlets are sent  out to be bound commercially, but unusual sizes and formats and rush and/or special handling items are done in-house. Pamphlet styles are:

• Sewn-through-the-fold single signature
• Sewn-through-the -fold multiple signature
• Side-stitched (stapled)
