Filming Borrowed Materials

• Collection Managers should consult Document 7.5 of the Preservation section of the Collection Management Handbook for information on reproduction of items not held by the University of Florida Libraries.
• Reprographics Unit personnel can supply procedures for Copyright compliance.

Payment for Microfilm Produced

• If an item can be included on a roll of currently queued items (i.e. books of similar topic and holdings location) there is no additional charge.
• If an item requires a new or separate reel of film, Collection Management's respective OCO accounts will be charged for the positive use microfilm copy.
