A-Team (2002 - 2006)
Charge: to broadly discuss all policies and procedures relating
to check-in, claiming, and binding of serials/periodicals with those responsible
for any portion of these functions within the Smathers Library system. Emphasis
during 2004-2005 and portions of 2005-2006 will be on the transition to
the new LMS.

A Team Meeting Schedules
Third Thursday of every other month : In Fall of 2006, meetings
will be held in October and December (tentative). The meeting is held in the LE Conference
Room. Doors open at 9:30 and the meeting starts at 10am.

P.I.G. (Periodicals Improvement Group) (2002-2004)
Charge: to discuss policies and procedures relating to check-in,
claiming and binding of serials/periodicals for the Humanities and Area
Studies collections in Library West, with a special emphasis on planning
for the upcoming transitions to the new building and the new library management
software.
NOTE: For the duration of the Library West closure and construction
