NUMBER OF HOURS REQUIRED WEEKLY 8-12
WHAT DUTIES WILL APPLICANT BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM? Federal Work Study students only (FWS is federally funded and need-based. Your eligibility is determined from information you provide on your FAFSA. To be eligible, you must show need on your federal need analysis report. The number of hours you may work will depend upon your financial need.). General library duties including: assisting library patrons with online catalog and audio/visual equipment, circulation desk services, shelving/shelf reading and other tasks as assigned.
WHAT SKILLS MUST APPLICANT HAVE?
Must be dependable, punctual, possess good communication skills, detail oriented, work well with the public and other staff, and be capable of working independently.
WHAT SKILLS ARE DESIRABLE? Library and/or music experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Applicants must bring a copy of the valid, current Federal Work Study Program work permit at the time of application.
