III. A. 1. Evaluation Timeline

Faculty member prepares:

  • Annual Activity Report
  • Progress on Goals
  • Draft goals for coming year/semester
  • Draft Annual Assignment
  • Draft Vita
Supervisor drafts evaluation letter and sends it to the Department Chair/Division Director for review. Supervisor and faculty member meet to discuss evaluation letter and finalize goals and annual assignment.

Complete evaluation packet due in Library Human Resources Office.

  • Letter of evaluation.
  • Librarian's response to the evaluation, if applicable.
  • Annual Activity report.
  • Annual Assignment.
  • Annual Assignment for the coming year.
  • Goals.
  • Vita.
