Number of Students / FWS Staff Needed: 4-6 Federal Work Study students are needed beginning summer 2012 and beyond. Hours are 8-12 hours/week.
Rate of Pay: $7.67
Job Description
General library duties working at the circulation desk, providing general directional information, checking books out to patrons, returning books, checking out reserves, shelving books and journals, shelf-reading assigned sections and other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Federal Work Study Program required
- Good communication skills, detail oriented, works well with the public
- Capable of working independently
- Punctual and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal Work Study Program required
- Previous library experience preferred but not required
