Database Locator

The Database Locator (DBL) was removed on September 5, 2007. The WebLUIS system platform that has been used for the DBL is being phased out. The Research Gateway "Find Database" option will now replace the DBL; it was introduced as an alternative approach in June, 2006. NOTE: If you are not on campus, before selecting one of the options below, be sure to first connect to UF using one of the Off Campus Access options. Alternatives for finding and linking to a database in the Research Gateway.    Connect to the "Finding Databases" page on the Library Web Site and enter a search. Connect to the "Find Databases" search screen in the Research Gateway. -- Search for a database name. Connect to the "Find Databases by Subject" screen in the Research Gateway. -- List databases recommended by UF Libraries subject specialists. You may also connect to the Databases A-Z page; this page (formerly known as "Quick Links") has now been revised to include links to all databases. If you know the name of a database (or database service) that you want to connect to, this page may meet most of your needs. If you just need a few articles but don't know where to begin, try Project Starters. Search these multi-disciplinary databases for full-text articles on almost any topic .
