Reporting Problems with Computers or Networks

Reporting Computer-Related Problems:
To report computer-related problems,
staff should send submit a request with all pertinent information
(WSID, location, and brief problem description) online in: GROVER

To log on to Grover since the migration to UFAD, be sure to type:
ufad\(your) Gatorlink username
(your) Gatorlink password

Report a Problem For Emergency Help

Programming services, network installations, and software/hardware requests:
Programming services, network installations, and software/hardware requests are all processed online through GROVER. Anyone may make a request, but it must be approved by the cognizant department chair before it is forwarded for further processing.

Checking Out Equipment

Laptop Checkout Instructions
Please submit a request in GROVER to reserve a laptop and/or projector for checkout.
Please include the DATE & TIME of pickup as well as the DATE & TIME of return.
Please provide 24 hour notification prior to checkout.
