Installing the Public Image for Dell Optiplex 620, 270, & 260
  1. Log on to the computer as yourself.
  2. Click Start
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Control Panel
  5. Double Click System

  6. Click the Computer Name tab at the top of the System Properties box.

  7. Click Change
  8. Type the new PC name (i.e. PWSID9999) into the Computer name: Text box.

  9. Click OK.
  10. Type your Username and Password in the Computer Name Changes box.

  11. Click Ok.
  12. Click OK and Yes to restart the computer when prompted.
