Copying and Printing in the UF Libraries

As of September 4, 2009, current copying/printing procedures and equipment will change to reflect the following:

Your Gator1 Card

Your Gator1 card balance will be charged for copies and print-outs. Add funds to your Gator1 card using a credit card online. For more information, visit Gator1 Central.

Photocopiers
Photocopiers are available in every library on campus. Black and white copies are $.10 each. Copiers double as scanners with the ability to save to a USB drive. 

Color photocopiers
Color copiers are available in the Architecture and Fine Arts Library and in the Map & Imagery Library.  Color copies cost $.50 per page.

Printing from a computer
Print-outs cost $.10 per page and will be retrieved from the photocopiers.

Printing from microfilm
Printing from microform readers is possible using the digital readers located in various libraries. Print-outs cost $.10 per page.

Problems
If you experience problems with a photocopier/printer/scanner, ask for help at the nearest service desk.
