To have additional or special software installed on the instructor's or student computers, please arrange ahead with the coordinator two weeks in advance whenever possible.

Installation of hardware is subject to approval. Installation of software or databases is subject to license agreements.
Student Assistants Undergraduate instruction classes such as ENC1101 or ENC1102 will have a student assistant automatically assigned.

To schedule a student for your class, contact Missy Shoop or backup Paul Victor.
   
Room Access Gator 1 card swipe for scheduled instructors and student assistants.

If you cannot open the door, ask for assistance at the Circulation Desk.
Food Policy

Absolutely no food or drink near any computer equipment.
Instructor logon

Usual library network ID and password.
Student, HSCL & LIC staff logon

Activated Gator 1 card number.
Non-UF Guests Logon

Computer only access card obtained at the Circulation Desk.
Non-UF Vendors logon

Host library staff member should logon for vendor at instruction computer.
Onsite troubleshooting Student assistants are trained to assist with general equipment usage. For assistance with other problems, call Paul McDonough.
