Digital Collection Support: Hosting & Customization
- Incorporated into UFDC, customized landing and supplemental pages
- Browse views by title and thumbnail, new item views
- Full text searchable
- Support for multiple file types (text, image, oversized images, video, audio)
- Interface Customization for all digital collections; e.g., dLOC and Matheson Historical Museum
- New technologies added to all collections and items when implemented

- Open Archives Initiative (OAI) compliant
- UFDC supports the OAI protocol for metadata harvesting (OAI-PMH). OAI allows anyone to obtain records from UFDC for inclusion in their collections. The base URL is: http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/ufdc/ufdc_oai.aspx?
- Using the base URL, you can add OAI verbs and other commands. For example:
