Authors/depositors are responsible for assuring article submittals do not abrogate any applicable copyright restrictions.


 

Know your distribution rights

Visit the Sherpa/RoMEO site at http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo.php and review the permissions granted by the publisher of your particular journal. If you can submit your article to the repository, please indicate the archiving policy color code associated with article.

ROMEO colour Archiving policy
green can archive pre-print and post-print
blue can archive post-print (ie final draft post-refereeing)
yellow can archive pre-print (ie pre-refereeing)
white archiving not formally supported

Negotiate your copyright before you sign future agreements

Carefully read the licensing agreement with your publisher.
Visit the Creative Commons site at http://creativecommons.org, if you need to modify the license to retain
certain rights.

 

 

Submit a copy of your article to the UF Institutional repository

Attach an unrestricted copy of your article to an email addressed to ufir@uflib.ufl.edu
