Use the rectangular selection tool to create a box around the site of interest.
Once the outline is drawn, the dot color changes to yellow to indicate the tiles included in the rectangle and the data related to the dots is displayed. Click on the camera if you want to go to an individual tile image.
Select the buffer tool. A pop up menu appears below, select Photo Tiles from the drop down menu and type in the distance you want buffered, in this case 5 kilometers. Click on the "Create Buffer" key.
The resulting display shows your original four tiles, plus the additional tiles that are encompassed by a 5 kilometer buffer around each tile. The entire buffer area appears in grey.
If you click the Display Attributes box, all of the data related to the buffered zone will appear below the map. In this example, you will have data for 12 aerials tiles.
