Members Present: Shelley Arlen,Tatiana Barr,Pam Cenzer, Bill Covey, Trudi DiTrolio (facilitator), Suzanne Kiker, Jim Liversidge, Tom Minton, Rob Roberts, Misty Swain, Jan Swanbeck, and Ben Walker.
Members Absent : LeiLani Freund, and Barbara Hood
Action Items:
- This team will become a committee used to communicate, to Directors, staff sentiments and concerns about all library issues. The committee will meet with the Director’s on a more regular basis, perhaps quarterly. The membership will rotate giving all library staff an opportunity to serve on the committee.
- The new charge will be published and Library Council members will be tasked with explaining the committee’s purpose to staff and encouraging staff to utilize the committee.
- Note that this committee will still be responsible for monitoring the transition/move back to Library West.
