Group Description
The purpose of this informal group is to provide support for library faculty going through the tenure and/or promotion process. The Group fosters a nurturing environment where concerns are shared, guidance in the preparation of packets, and information about research and publishing is made available, and a way to allay anxiety about the process is offered.
The Tenure Support Group meets between four and five times a year. The agenda may include presentations by invited speakers or panel discussions.
