Creator Permission Agreement for participation in the archive Digital Commons
This agreement becomes binding upon acceptance of a digital object into Digital Commons.

I am submitting this collection of files and associated bibliographic metadata for inclusion in the Digital Commons initiative. I hereby grant to the University of Florida (UF) the irrevocable, non-exclusive royalty free right to reproduce, distribute, display, and perform this work in any electronic format throughout the world for educational, research and scientific non-profit uses. For copyrighted objects, this agreement will persist during the full term of copyright including renewals and extensions. I also hereby grant to UF the non-exclusive right to sub-license these same rights to others should the UF Library System forego the ability to maintain distribution. I warrant that I have the copyright to make this grant to UF unencumbered and complete. Once this object is so published, it may not be withdrawn. With the approval of the repository administration revisions to available objects within this service will be accepted.
