Note: limited discussion for this meeting due to lack of a quorum



Adrian reported on the cost of chocolate fountains:
Sam's Club: fountain+ 8 lbs chocolate; $199 (large, ~20"), $130 (medium, ~18"), $50 (small, ~15")



Committee members present agreed to look into getting laptops, projectors and screens for multiple multimedia presentations

Jay will contact Barbara re: options for posters, banners, etc.


Close service desks?

Committee members present agreed that service desk staffing decisions would best be left in the hands of the desk supervisors.
