• RUSH status is for an item needed as quickly as possible. A Rush request may incur extra costs. Processed Same Day.

• EXPEDITE status includes “out of print” items that are being held by a vendor for a Selector or items that have a special price that will expire on a specific date. Processed Same Day.

• PRIORITY status is used for items a Selector wishes to be processed ahead of other normal requests. Processed Same Week.

The Online Request Form is for selectors to use on items they wish to electronically submit to the Collection Management Support Unit.

The form allows the selector to choose location, status and specify any notes, including notifications course reserve information.

Please be sure to include the title, publisher and fund you wish to use for the material being submitted. Without these fields the form can not be sent to the unit.
