- UF's Center for African Studies has a set
of Web pages. If you need information about faculty, graduate students, academic programs
and courses, current events, or the like, check there.
- The University of
Pennsylvania has a large Africana component on its WWW server. This is probably the
single best site for African Studies resources currently available on the net
- Penn also maintains a list of African
Studies programs, which is a useful guide to many of the universities active in
African Studies.
- Northwestern University includes a
"clickable" map of Africa that links to individual country information.
- The University of South Africa UNISA server
includes, e.g., Political Science course syllibi as well as a list of other Southern
African servers
- The British Library has many resources related to Africa
- University of Illinois Center
for African Studies points to a
variety of good sources via the Research
