Required for the graduate Certificate in African Studies, the course surveys a broad and rapidly expanding range of reference resources and advanced research tools available in our library. Similar resources are available for graduate studies of African-related topics at other academic research libraries specializing in African area studies.
Students will learn how to access a wide range of specialized research tools to retrieve a greater variety and depth of material for their own research projects and writing assignments.
