Report on 1st meeting of the Connexion Training Subcommittee

Members present: Jackie Brown, Doug Smith, Jorge Gonzalez
We met to discuss the number of classes and sessions needed [ 1 class, 3 sessions]. How long should class be [2.5 hours]. Identify how many people need to take the class [ballpark figure stands at 30 and counting]. Target date of mid-Februrary to Early March. The need to announce this information/training sessions [most likely email with explanation of the need to implement the new system and training for it]. The need to reserve computer room and install the program in all computer stations.
This discussion will be brought back to the whole committee.
