Aleph Indexes
The most up-to-date versions of the Aleph indexing tables are accessible through the Aleph Administration module of the Aleph GUI client. To view the tables, open the ALEPHADM module (to do this from the Catalog module, click Aleph/Switch Application/Run ALEPHADM). In the ALEPHADM module, click Tables/Table Navigator, then the UFU01 folder and choose the tab section. Scroll to locate the following files: tab11_acc, tab11_ind, and tab11_word. Doubleclick to open the desired file and choose **no** when asked if you want to check out the file. The file will display in a spreadsheet format, but it can also be viewed as a text file (menu: File/View Source).
