Searching HOL records directly in Aleph

 

  1. Open Cataloging. Cataloging Module Button (MARC)
  2. Right click on the “Library” at the right bottom of the screen. Library Selection Button
  3. Select Univ. of Florida HOL from the list (See below)

  1. Entering the HOL number in the top left search bar will give you the desired HOL record.

Keep in mind that you will be automatically searching in the HOL library until you change back to Univ of Florida BIB using your "Library" button. Library Selection Button
