African Approval Periodicals

Many of our African periodicals are purchased in large batches, and do not have subscription or check-in records. At this time, the bound volumes are intershelved with other periodicals in Library West. However, the loose issues are not intershelved among the current periodicals; they are in blue storage boxes in the same general area. To make this clearer to all our users, we have instituted a new sublibrary and collection code, UFSMA,CPAFR. Please give the item records for all loose issues of African Approval Periodicals a temporary location of UFSMA,CPAFR. The HOL location will still be UFSWE,AFPER.

If you receive a title as a new subscription from the Serials Unit, or Gifts & Exchange, continue to use the UFSWE,AFPER sublibrary and collection.

For African approval annuals, continue to use the UFSWE,AFRI sublibrary and collection .
