*All meetings to be held in the Library East Conference room
on the Third Thursday of the month at 10:00 to 11:30 AM unless otherwise notified
*Agenda Items will be collected in the following manner:
- Chair(s) of the Committee in question will solicit topics
from the committee membership pool at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Chair(s) will bring to the meeting topics which they feel
should be discussed.
*Meeting minutes will be taken by committee members on a volunteer/ed
basis.
