Welcome to the
CARIBBEAN NEWSPAPER IMAGING PROJECT

Does capitalization matter?
Caribbean newspaper searches are not case sensitive. For example, searches for "Health", "health", and "hEaLtH" will all return the same results.

"Wildcard" search
Caribbean newspaper searches do use "stemming" or support "wildcard" searches. Searching for "pub*" will yield "public","publication" and "publish" etc.

Multiple words search
Please use space or "+" to separate each word, otherwise the Carribean newspaper searches will treat them as a single long word. For example: public health = public+health

Define my own Boolean search
Use the exact phrase field, identify phrases with quotation marks, linke them with the logic(Boolean) expressions included (AND, OR, AND NOT). For example: "imported beef" AND(OR) "public health".
